I have been a member of St. Alban’s since 2006, when I moved to the Altrincham area from Bury with my husband, Michael, and I’ve been churchwarden for several years. Although I live outside the parish, the warmth of the welcome and the depth of the bible-based teaching and worship, makes it well worth travelling the extra mile or so. I am a volunteer adviser with Citizens Advice, and for the past couple of years I have also been enjoying getting to grips with New Testament Greek. In my spare time I try to be more than a fair weather gardener, but my favorite occupation has to be spending time with my three small grandchildren.
